LOOK OUT WORLD! Here I come!

I did my morning Kung Fu stretches and put a red, rolled up bandana around my head to soak up sweat when I leave in a moment for my walk/jog. (When I get
stronger I will make that Jog/walk, then jog/jog. Well momma said, "Do
you have to wear that thing outside!?

I said, "Yes". She said, "But it's so bright and conspicuous!"
And I said, "Thats the whole point mom. I will be on the highway for about a mile." To which she replied, "well someone
would have to threaten to shoot me before I would wear something that loud
out of this house!" (Note to self, pick up some very bright neon
colored bandanas and a couple of flashing blinking strobe lights to
wear) hee hee
