1. 4min triangles
  2. 8min kicks
  3. 8min punches
  4. 30 second horse stance to 10 squat jumps then back to horse stance for 30 seconds(I just call it jumping horse) I did this 3 times,and I took breaks in between 
  5. 200 crunches(50 crunches to torso twists then back to crunches)
  6. Isometric training(It burns!)
  7. 50 forearm curls
  8. and finally weight lifting at the Gym.
  9. Also a lot of stretching
