 I was sick for 2 days and finally got better,and that ment back to training!

  1. A great run for a warm up
  2. 300 punches/ 100 jabs,100 hooks,100 vertical.
  3. 40 pushups 20 normal 20 diamond
  4. Heavy bag work
  5. Weight lifting
  6. Nunchaku training
  7. 200 crunches
  8. 100 high knees 
  9. 30 squats,and 3 jumping horse(Jumping horse is a 30sec horse stance to 10 squat jumps back to horse stance for 30 sec;My legs felt like jelly after all that.
  10. Then stretching.
