- 100 snapping jabs (50 on each arm)
- 100 Fast snapping vertical punches(50 each arm)
- 100 Fast Hooks(50 each arm)
- Heavy bag ground pound burnouts with a little Jik Chung Chuie(Chain Punches)
- 4min free flow
- plenty of pushups,and a little weight lifting
- 200 crunches total
- 100 high knees
- I usually end my workout with some leg exercises but my knee wasn't feeling to good
- I'm going to sleep good tonight!
