  1. An awesome jog
  2. 4mins of slow punches
  3. A total of 300+ punches
  4. 100 snapping jabs (50 on each arm)
  5. 100 Fast snapping vertical punches(50 each arm)
  6. 100 Fast Hooks(50 each arm)
  7. Heavy bag ground pound burnouts with a little Jik Chung Chuie(Chain Punches)
  8. 4min free flow
  9. plenty of pushups,and a little weight lifting
  10. 200 crunches total
  11. 100 high knees
  12. I usually end my workout with some leg exercises but my knee wasn't feeling to good
  13. I'm going to sleep good tonight!

Keep up the great work. I look forward to you becoming one of my black belts.And keep posting your workouts. You and the other upper level students that do this are showing all of the beginners how to get it done.

You inspire me. It's still dark out, but I will work out in a bit. I plan on forms (slow, tai-chi style, and faster), some golden chicken and horse stance, some crunches and pushups in between, and kicks. All after loosening and some cardio. Don't know which cardio yet, maybe some triangle.
