- 15min Heavy bag work (punches,and kicks)
- 200 fast snapping punches(100 Jabs 50 each arm,100 vertical punches 50 each arm)
- 3min of crazy straight blast triangles
- 30 squats
- 50 squat jumps
- Then I got really hungry so I went and ate a big bowl of organic greens! And after that I continued my workout.
- A great ab workout(50 crunches to 30 sec plank to 50 high knees,repeat this 4x) =200 crunches, 200 high knees, 2min plank.
- 100 forearm curls
- My arm burning weight lifting routine 3 times.
- stretching,and salve lol.
Tomorrow I'm going to go on a run then hit the gym
