Benefit Five is reaction time, or more correctly the subconscious taking over my body and reacting to stimuli from my eyes.
I have seen a very noticeable increase in this benefit. When things drop off counters, out of my locker, or out of my cabinets at home, I can catch them with ease. And when ever I do it, I'm amazed. It almost feels like what I think a superhero could do. So it's pretty cool to know I have that skill building inside me from my Kungfu practice. I guess the benefit is that Sifu is building me into a mini superhero. Way coooooool!
