Making Mushroom Cocoa

2 oz turkey tail mushroom powder

2 oz of lions mane mushroom powder

1 oz reishi mushroom powder

2 oz chaga mushroom powder

2 oz maca root powder

1 to 2 oz of vanilla bean powder (optional but awesome to add)

For those of you who like a bit of a bitter taste and want to give your liver a nice boost you can add 4 ounces of roasted chicory root.

Mix together, put in a clean jar and label. Keep out of sunlight

To Make:

1 to 2 tablespoons of Mushroom Cocoa Mix

1 Tablespoon of coconut sugar, real maple syrup or agave to sweeten

8 ounces of milk of choice. I prefer coconut

Warm milk, add sweetener, whip in Mushroom Cocoa Mix and warm gently for 3 to 5 minutes..

Sip away and enjoy!

Whipped Marshmallow Root Creme:

1 can organic coconut milk ( full fat)

1-2 tablespoons marshmallow root powder.

Try one if you making this for your kids. Marshmallow Root has a strong flavor.

4 tablespoons organic maple syrup

Put the open can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight or freeze for 20 -30 minutes

Scoop out the cream that has risen to the top.

Whip the cream with a beater or hand mixer until light and fluffy (like whip cream)

Add sweetener and marshmallow root powder and whip until incorporated.

Keep in fridge until using.

Enjoy
