I have changed my diet drastically in the last 7 weeks. No more candy at the check out line in the stores, no more eating out, and even though I already cooked all my meals at home from scratch I have begun to make changes even there. For instance I am beginning to buy more and more organic. (I used to think I couldn't afford that but not eating out changed my opinion on that. Even two meals per month adds up!)

I had another dental appointment today and the accountability question I must ask myself is, will I indulge in a pity party for the ache in my jaw or will I suck it up and work out anyway? Sigh Now that I have posted it I have no choice! hee hee See what else blogs are good for? Accountability!

I have given my three kids each a small journal to log their daily workouts and acts of kindness in. They must come to me and have me watch them exercise while I iron or wash dishes. A good way to hold them accountable yes. But what about me? If I were any good at holding myself accountable in the first place, I wouldn't be in the physical shape I am in now!
