Picnic Tables

Have you got an old picnic table you would like to see have a new life, the Farmers Market at the Grange in McMinnville is looking for donated picnic tables.   Tables must be fully functional and no tables that need repair.    Thank you :)

Thoughts on Kung Fu #1

At 211 degrees water is hot. At 212 degrees water boils. For your Kung Fu to be strong it must be like boiling water. If you do not keep the flame high (with constant training) it turns tepid.
