I just got done with a killer workout; I did 80 pushups 80 situps in a rotating fashion(20 pushups then switch to 20 situps). Then I ran up a big bark hill 4x with my weighted vest it was a great leg/cardio exercise. So what did you do for a workout today?

Lite cardio up the hill this morning.  While waiting for me tea in the kitchen I did slow wall side kicks and wheel kicks.  I have been working at the computer today so I did intervals between computer and movement.  I did dips, slow wall side kicks and wheel kicks.  Held my side kicks out till my leg burned.  Very slow front kicks with a holding that front kick out until it burned each time.  Slow dance movement.  Slow belly dance movement,  Standing oblique crunches.  Very slow finger jab, palm blow, elbow smash, elbow strike.  Stretched in low stance positions.  Worked at the computer.  Now getting ready to go do some farm chores and do some dumbbell curls and hanging abs.    Any body else?  What was your workout today?
