Food Safety--- Buy From Your Local Farmers.. This will keep you Safe

The interesting thing about not having the poultry inspectors is this, the inspectors inspect way to many  poultry a day., There is no way they are going to catch salmonella.  It is a Bullshit job title, that does not really catch foodborne diseases.  Keep in mind that even when we have our food inspectors, Foodborne illness sickens 48 million Americans and kills about 3,000 people every year.  What is the interesting part about the gooberment shutdown, is how quick this outbreak happened, it has nothing to do with not having our federal inspectors..   Something smells fishy about this, my intuition light is buzzing on this one.  Do you think your gooberment is trying to get you to  say "we need our gooberment back"  ...

 If you want to protect yourself and your family buy meat from your local farmers.... Know your farmer, know your food.....

I met a USDA meat inspector not long ago and he told me that in the Foster Farms processing plant in Longview, WA the inspectors allow 2 seconds per bird for inspection. I'm not an expert but I don't think they can catch the salmonella on every bird. Your BS detector is spot on. The gooberment needs us to need them. Make my day, SHUT DOWN!
