Working hard towards Intermediate forms test.

My forms test is set for less then two months from now. I am trying to increase my stamina to perform forms for the one and a half hour test.
Trying to come up with a workout schedule to follow and sustain has been challenging for me. I have tried several different versions of training. But now I decided what I need more of is, MORE FORMS.
Also I have been negative in my thoughts toward the test. Yes the test will be hard, and will take me to the limits of my physicality. But I've done it before and I'm still kicken and fighting towards my next goal.
This past weekend before I started my forms workouts, I told myself to have FUN. Yes the pain in the muscles, and the tuff cardio was still there but I changed it in my mind from a burden to something fun. A trick that helped me was to try an smile while burning out the forms. It didn't always work but it helped change my mindset.

Friday's one hour workout: Each of the 12 forms twice, then I consentrated on Right hand staff form, which I did for a total of 22 times.
Sunday's one hour workout: I did a mock beginning forms test for a total of 60 forms. After my beginning forms test last year I wrote down what Sifu had me do during the test. This should help me in making up my own mock intermediate forms test when I push my workouts to one and a half to two hours in duration.
