After the 1/2 Marathon

Training should be changed from time to time if for no other reason than to keep you from getting bored. The half marathon training was fun but it took so much time that most of my other training had to take a back seat. Emotional state of being

How is your emotional state of being? Life does not come without stress. My life has seen it's share and the situations that wish to cause stress just keep coming down the road and hitting me head on no matter what I do. If this is not the case for you then you are either the luckiest person in the world or you are in between stress situations.
