Understanding Kung Fu for life, health and self defense
This is one of the best videos I have made yet! I went to the gym today,and decided afterwards I would work the heavy bag. I believe I have progressed a whole lot when it comes to speed,and power. I also managed to pull off a flying spinning back kick! But it still needs some work.

This is a really great workout I wanted to show you all. It's called Jik Chung Chuie(Chain punch) It's great to add to your free flow, because it's like straight blasts but punching.
