- Weight lifting-back,biceps, triceps, shoulders,chest,legs.
- 200+punches fast,and snapping
- 120 kicks
- 100 forearm curls
- Heavy core workout-100 crunches to 50 high knees to 30sec plank(planks burn after all that). I did this 2 times leading me to a total of 200 crunches,100 high knees,1min plank.
- Rapid heavy bag palm blow training
- jumping push ups until my arms gave out.
- Stretching.
