Changes For The New Year

I hope all of you wonderful people had a great holiday season.  I feel 2013 is going to be a great year.  It is the year for great changes.  Speaking of great changes I have a few I want to let you know about. 

First change, I am changing the name of this web-site to Health Mentor.  This better describes the services that I am offering.

We did it!!!!!!!

On Dec. 18th 2012 I wrote a blog post asking for help. I had been put in a situation that could potentially lose the space that the kung fu school is located in. That would not have been the end of us but it would have been quite a hardship. The letter I wrote laid out the bare facts. It was not easy to send it out because I have never asked for help on such a large scale in my life. The response was great. Fighting Illness the Kung Fu Way

So what does the healer in your house hold do when she or he gets sick? Wednesday I began to feel very tired so I skipped Kung Fu and came home to rest and drink plenty of fluids. Then at 2 am I woke with throbbing aches in all sinus areas of my face and a full blown headache! Oh no! I refuse to succumb to a sinus infection! Ancient City- Ephesus

Our travels have landed us in Turkey.  The Turks are very friendly people. We wish that we could say more than "please,"  "thank you," and "hello." 

The photo is from the ancient city of Ephesus.  This city is rich in history.  It was once the 2nd largest city in the Roman Empire.  The "Marble Road" leading out of town (on the right side of this photo) was once tread upon by the likes of Cleopatra and Marc Antony.
