I just had a private lesson with Mr Bronson in which we were refining small details in a form that I thought I knew pretty well. I made the comment that I felt like I didn't know the form at all. Mr Bronson patiently explained how we tend to fall in to a default mode of negativity and being down on ourselves. We had a great day hiking at Tom Dick and Harry. Our morning started very cool and cloudy and Mirror Lake was steaming like a cup of coffee. But, as we began to gain elevation the hike became more of a workout and we shed sweatshirts along the way. By the time we reached the summit I was drenched with sweat.
The view of Hood was amazing but we could also clearly see Mt Adams, Rainier, St Helens to the north and Jefferson to the south. To clearly see five peaks was spectacular. We…
