Training update

A week ago I received my last piece to the broadsword form. I now have all my material to train for the 2nd degree black belt test. After a week with the full broadsword form, I feel like I can begin to push the form deeper, slower, faster, and as Sifu pointed out, focusing on my breathing during the form(s). Potato Butte Hike/Red Lake Trail

 

 I was excited to share one of my favorite spots for those who came.  The hike was awesome, misty, cool and we experienced snow flakes at the top.
