Today, I awoke chilled and tired as I was getting ready to take the animals up the mountain and every excuse to not go was going through my brain.  It was stormy, the wind and rain took just about every leaf off the trees.  Looking outside I wanted to sit,  drink tea and warm up inside.  The voice in my head pushed through, the animals need this get up there!  You need this get up there!  I bundled up in lots of layers, put wet shoes on from yesterday, my wet gloves from yesterday and…

Today's Warrior Meal: All organic, local organic and canned from our garden. Breakfast: Stir fry with mung beans, organic beef (from the Saturday Public Market) cabbage and onions (from the Saturday Public Market) organic pasta. Crock pot day: barely and lentils with a combination of canned goodies from this summer's garden. How are you fueling your body today?

Today started as a easier walk up to forage the animals.  The horses were wild today so we ended up going up and down back up, to the side, back down and Joseph back up and down.  Wow Intresting morning

Worked on each line on double sticks seperatly

Figure 8's with sticks and then with wooden swords.  The swords messed with my mind at first :LOL

Time to head home for  a mountain walk so the horses can foraged and the dogs can play.  It is going to be a wet one.  I think I will bring my sticks.
