Getting My Exercise In This Holiday Season...

Thursday was epic, long, cold, freezing and memorable.

Sunday we decided to go out again and take a few more family members... 

We hiked Tom, Dick and Harry Mountain.  Backpacks, yak trax, food, water, tea and a beautiful 5.8 mile hike up.   It was epic, a bit cold and beautiful.  

I have really enjoyed our hikes and it has felt great to not be apart of the holiday rush out there.   …

This Destroys Your Bones

Good article on the side effects of drinking soda.  Keep in mind Red Bull, Monster Drinks, Sports Drink and Vitamin Water are also  bone destroyers....
