Crazy training day today!
1.Jog
2.heavy bag/arm burnouts/free flow 30-40mins.
3.Weight lifting at the gym for an hour and a half.

I had a great workout today in my garage(It was about 87 degrees in there,and all the doors that led outdoors we're opened so I was technically outside) Anyways, I did a ton of free flow on my heavy bag,and some crazy arm burnouts. I also practiced Wushu basic form 5 times slow,and 5 times normal speed. I trained for about 1 hour; my legs hurt ( :
