Working on a class schedule today and I am listening to beautiful flute music on Pandora. Now I don’t pay for Pandora, I just get their free version which means that I get occasional commercials. ( The price I pay for being cheap ) Usually I can tune out the commercials but this one caught me. Not because I was interested. No, far from interest. I was appalled. 5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 air squats
15 crunches
I repeated this cycle 20 times adding up to..
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air-squats
300 crunches
I attacked the workout by doing the cycle twice with minimal rest(10-15 seconds) then a 1-2min rest period, then I repeated until I hit 20. Essentially I went by two's.
After the calisthenics routine I ran 2 miles.
