Due to extreme exhaustion, this woman is going to bed.. In my Kung fu life style I have cut out a lot of TV because it is a huge time waster. I have limited my TV watching to 4hrs per week;mostly noncommercial documentaries. I hope all of you are enjoying your summer. We had my niece ( she is 15) from the Bay Area come visit us recently, we took her on many outdoor adventures.
