Crazy Punching Workout!

I decided after the Awards Ceremony I would do a workout that involved a lot of arm conditioning. To get my arms warmed up I did 2 mins of straight blast triangles;a killer warmup! After I was warmed up this is what I did. 100 pushups separately, 30 of them being knuckles. Jik Chung Chuie or chain punching free flow on my heavy bag. Training complete

I spent an hour and a half training(my parents kept the time). I did my 30 spinning wheel kicks on each leg along with some crooked horse stances. Then I did free flow for the rest of the time. I also did 10 to 20 pushups every now and then during my work out;I got up to 130 total.

I'm off to training!

I'm gonna go train tonight,and my goal is 30 spinning wheel kicks on each side,100 push ups and loads of free flow! Oh and the new website design is awesome!

My speed,and power workout.

Yesterday I trained for about an hour and a half. Before I started I stretched and loosened up for about 10mins. Once I was warmed up I did some weighted resistance training combined with cardio(a very good workout but you have to be careful.) After that I took off all my weights,and then spent the rest of the time practicing speed,and power on my heavy bag.
