Understanding Kung Fu for life, health and self defense
Up until recently I held the belief that going through tough times made us stronger. And, in some ways, I think that is still partially true. But a new situation has occurred in my life that has had me re-thinking that philosophy.
If you have known me for long then you would know that I love my children more than anything in the world. As, I am sure, that all of you that are parents do as well. Don't get me wrong. I do know that there are bad parents out there. My childhood…

Thank you to all who came to the market on Saturday to purchase an ornament. We ended up donating our !5% to the Toys For Tots. The boxes were pretty much empty and the manager of the market asked if we could donate to them.
Thank you to all for your support!
Have a great day

GETTING PHYSICAL
Something from my old files.
Physical exercise is good for you. I know that I should do it daily, but my body doesn't want me to do too much, so I have worked out this program of strenuous activities that do not require physical exercise.
1. Beating around the bush
2. Jumping to conclusions
3. Climbing the walls
4. Swallowing my pride
5. Passing the buck
6. Throwiing my weight around
7. Dragging…

Sophia and I are selling wreaths and ornaments. We are trying to make enough money for a one day ski trip on Christmas Day. This will be the first year that Sophia will not have most of her brothers and sisters with her. So we decided to try to raise enough money to go skiing for that day. This will keep her busy and happy.

When the…
