Sunday night I smashed my hand between a heavy load of dirt and the van. I had nerve pain and could not use my hand. Sophia used my salve and did deep tissue massage for about 5 minutes. Extremely painful ! I was able to use my hand after that and the bruising left by yesterday. Wow. What a healing. I thought at first my hand would be out of commission for a few days or more. My training day today was a 3 mile up hill run that included a few creeks.  It was not as muddy as I would have liked but it was a great up hill challenge.  It also include at least 6 little up and down motor cross type hills.  Hills are one of my favorite things to do, and I am not kidding.  

The best part about it was doing this with Sophia and Laz.
