I was going to test in two weeks for my forms, but now it is delayed. I can't even describe the frustration, sadness and tears that came with that choice. Really it is not choice, I have to take care of myself. I want to push myself to get it done soon, but I am a little fearful on this one. I need to make sure I do not push hard on this, that I have balanced set goal and I am asking my family to help me realize if I end pushing too hard. Pushing to hard would not be healthy for me.…

Ever thought about making a blend of tea that has pineapple sage, stevia, nettle, apple-mint, rose petals, calendula, young blackberry leaves and lemon verbena?

Feeling good with my workouts. Yesterday, was a bit tough only due to time. We are having coyote issues for the first time, everything needs to be watered ( we hand water, Double UGG!) and Joseph and I got caught up talking about world events. My workout started a bit slow due to, too much talking and the fact that I still felt tired from Sunday's hike, not so much physical but due to the extreme heat and Mondays farm work was a sweaty one.

10 20lb weighted vest push-ups to 30 second weighted horse stance. from the stance I grabbed my 20lb dumbbells raised my self up and did 5 reps of standing dumbbell shoulder press. I repeated this 5 times. I then did careful and controlled weighted punches for around 2mins(I didn't wan't to do it for to long due to the risk of injury).
