I decided after the Awards Ceremony I would do a workout that involved a lot of arm conditioning. To get my arms warmed up I did 2 mins of straight blast triangles;a killer warmup! I spent an hour and a half training(my parents kept the time). I did my 30 spinning wheel kicks on each leg along with some crooked horse stances. Then I did free flow for the rest of the time. I also did 10 to 20 pushups every now and then during my work out;I got up to 130 total.

I'm gonna go train tonight,and my goal is 30 spinning wheel kicks on each side,100 push ups and loads of free flow! Oh and the new website design is awesome!

Yesterday I trained for about an hour and a half. Before I started I stretched and loosened up for about 10mins. Once I was warmed up I did some weighted resistance training combined with cardio(a very good workout but you have to be careful.) After that I took off all my weights,and then spent the rest of the time practicing speed,and power on my heavy bag. I just got done with a killer workout; I did 80 pushups 80 situps in a rotating fashion(20 pushups then switch to 20 situps). Then I ran up a big bark hill 4x with my weighted vest it was a great leg/cardio exercise. So what did you do for a workout today?

After watching the "February Special Offer" video It inspired me to do a workout. I did 50 pushups, 3 minuets of free flow,
100 safe,and controlled punches with 10lb weights(No snapping),and another 20 pushups with a 20lb weighted vest.

After I finished a couple history classes I took a break. I did 50 pushups and 50 crunches It was awesome I felt more alert,and focused!
